Shipping Policy

1. Order any vaporizer or accessories over the value of R1,000 and get FREE door-to-door courier delivery! Please note that this offer is valid exclusively on the South Africa territory.
2. Purchasing from Pukka Juice South Africa will not incur any VAT, Custom duties or hidden costs as long as you are located in South Africa.
3. Delivery to outlying areas, farm plots, mines, resorts lodges, townships, hospitals, hospices and government buildings will be subject to additional charges. These are additional couriers charges that we will calculate on a case-by-case basis and communicated to the client before the order is shipped.
4. Tracking numbers are sent to you by email and you can check the progress of your delivery online.
5. When selecting the free delivery, your order should be at your doorstep within 2-3 working days. If you prefer to receive it sooner, select the overnight delivery for an additional charge. Please note that delivery time to rural areas may take up to 4 working days.
6. We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours: all orders placed and paid for before 1pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day if stock is available.
7. Although every effort is made to insure that the products packaging is received in perfect conditions, Pukka Juice South Africa is not responsible for any cosmetic damage occurred to the boxes during shipping. The boxs purpose is to protect the device from accidental damages.

NOTE :

Even if youve selected Overnight Service, the courier does not deliver over weekends and public holidays unless prior arrangements have been made. Also note that NO Overnight Service is available to rural areas of South Africa.

All orders are shipped in a discreet package with no mention of content.

At Pukka Juice South Africa we stand behind each and every delivery and if anything goes wrong, simply call us or contact us and we will trace or replace your vaporizer if damaged or lost in Transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you reside outside the Republic of South Africa, we will ship your order using the South African Postal Service. All parcels up to 1kg are sent via International Registered Airmail. For larger parcels we are still gearing up. Please allow 10-20 working days for your parcel to arrive. Once the order has been shipped, we will update your order status with the tracking number for your parcel.

Returns Policy

Unfortunately, Pukka Juice South Africa are not able to accept returns on e-liquid if it does not meet flavour requirements. Taste is a variable thing with different people. In accordance with our strict Quality Control guidelines, returned e-liquid could never be re-used for any purpose, so any open liquid will not be accepted.

If the buyer feels like returning goods for any reason, the buyer has 7 days to return his goods provided it is in new and unused condition with all product packaging.

Pukka Juice South Africa will refund the cost of the product excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs will be for the buyers account unless Pukka Juice South Africa is at fault.

If the product is defective, it needs to be sent to Pukka Juice South Africa within 7 days of receipt for inspection. If the product is to be found defective and is still under manufacturer warranty the item will be replaced, unless the warranty has been voided to misuse.

Please note if goods have been damaged, misused or instructions not followed correctly a refund or warranties will NOT apply.

DISPOSABLE VAPES

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on disposable vapes.

Disposable vapes are regarded as consumables.

Each product will differ in lifespan depending on the user. One puff equals one second.

Due to the consumable nature of these devices we don’t offer a warranty, unless the item is opened in our shop, in the presence of our shop staff and if the device is found to be defective then we will replace the disposable vape.
